Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tidbit Health platform at tidbithealth.in operated by Tidbit Health ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

Tidbit Health provides a platform connecting patients with U.S. board-certified specialists for written educational medical reviews. Our service is an independent review of your existing medical records and is not a replacement for your primary treating physician, not an emergency service, and not a diagnostic or prescriptive service. The reviewing physicians are licensed to practice medicine in the United States. They do not hold medical licenses in India and are not providing regulated medical care under the Indian Medical Council Act.

2. Cross-Border Educational Review

Tidbit Health is a U.S. company. All educational medical reviews are performed by U.S.-licensed physicians operating within the United States. No physician crosses into India and no patient travels to the United States as part of this service. The written review you receive is an educational document — it is not a prescription, a diagnosis under Indian law, or a clinical consultation regulated by Indian medical authorities. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country regarding receipt of international medical opinions. All recommendations in your review must be discussed with a physician licensed in your local jurisdiction before any clinical action is taken.

3. Not a Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of our platform does not create a traditional doctor-patient relationship between you and Tidbit Health or the reviewing specialist. The review provided is advisory and educational in nature. All final medical decisions remain with you and your treating physician.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to provide accurate and complete medical records, use the platform only for lawful purposes, not submit records belonging to another person without authorization, understand that reviews are educational and advisory and do not constitute medical treatment, and consult your locally-licensed treating physician before acting on any recommendation in your Tidbit Health review.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of service booking. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing for each service is provided at the time of booking. Custom Consultation pricing is provided upon inquiry.

If we are unable to match your case to a qualified specialist within 7 business days, a full refund will be issued automatically. Once a specialist has been assigned and case review has begun, refunds are not available. Contact info@tidbithealth.in with any payment questions.

6. Confidentiality

All medical information you submit is treated as confidential and shared only with the specialist assigned to your case. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tidbit Health platform is owned by or licensed to Tidbit Health. The review report delivered to you is for your personal medical use only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tidbit Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on any educational review. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Tidbit Health is a U.S. company; all educational medical reviews are performed by U.S.-licensed physicians operating within the United States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. Patients accessing this service from outside the United States are responsible for understanding the laws of their own jurisdiction regarding receipt of international medical opinions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Emergency Services

Tidbit Health is not an emergency medical service. Reviews are delivered within 14 business days and are not appropriate for urgent clinical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
